Cartier, the luxury jewelry and watch brand, identified a need for a clear and engaging instructional video. This video was intended to guide customers through the process of utilizing Cartier’s innovative home try-on service.

The challenge was to design animated videos that matched the brand’s prestigious image while ensuring it was accessible and user-friendly for a diverse audience.

Cartier Social Media Animations

I created two animations to celebrate Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, each designed to resonate deeply with Cartier’s sophisticated audience.

Utilizing a stop motion effect crafted through After Effects, these animations brought a distinctive and eye-catching aesthetic to the brand’s social media channels. The choice of this unique animation style ensured that the videos stood out, garnering significant engagement and positive feedback from followers.

Cartier North America – Thank Your Mercedes Abramo Animation

Following this success, I was commissioned to create an animated video as a company-wide thank-you message to their CEO of North America, Mercedes Abramo.

This presented an opportunity to blend dynamic visual storytelling with heartfelt gratitude. This project aimed to create a visually stunning piece that would not only celebrate Abramo’s leadership but also embody the elegance and prestige of the Cartier brand. By employing a mix of 2D animation techniques, the video conveyed a powerful message of appreciation, highlighting the impact of Abramo’s dedication and vision on the company.

This animation served as a unique and memorable way to express the company’s gratitude, enhancing the sense of community and appreciation within Cartier.

For Cartier’s home try-on service, the challenge was to produce an instructional video that married simplicity with luxury, guiding customers through the try-on process with ease and elegance.

Inspired by Ikea’s clear and minimalist instructional style, this video utilized simple line designs to make complex procedures straightforward and engaging.

The minimalist approach ensured the tutorial was not only visually appealing but also incredibly user-friendly, making the luxury experience of trying on Cartier pieces at home both effortless and enjoyable for customers.
